Next Generation Childcare

The quality of teaching is amazing and the care and consideration of each child equally so. Both my grandchildren attend (in different age rooms) and each come home singing songs, telling me about new experiences and obviously have had a great day. Staff are attentive, caring and always on point. It is very special to be able to feel so happy about their days in such a nurturing environment.

I am editing my original review as i had been threatened by the centre that if i do not delete my comment they will take me to court and as a single mum with no financial support i can not afford that!I am still not giving this centre a good review and not going to delete my whole review but i am going to word it differently this time!The educators are very nice, caring and loving towards the children (By educators i mean Delara and Saba the rest i dont know them they change staff frequently ) and are only doing what they are asked to do! It is the management that is very poor and unfair!Neither my original comment nor this comment are personal attack towards the educators!My experience with this centre was not very good i wish i had some nice words to say about them but unfortunately i dont!Once again the staff are not the problem but the management is!

After a long period of consideration, I decided to write a review of this place. Overall, I have a very good experience with Next Gen (over 6 months) and find the staff to be warm and welcoming (except rare few). In person or over email, they have been kind enough to listen to all feedback and have gone out of their way to give a good exposure to all children. The staff is open and communicative in sharing information about weekly activities and lunch menus to keep parents informed.Staff churn posed a challenge (which I guess is common across all childcare centre's), but management is ensuring the new team is fully prepared for the job.** Sharing two photos from the weekly activities - one is of the kids taking turn to bake cookies for afternoon tea. **

After having comparing so many childcare centers of this area, we decided to send my 2 year old son to this center.The venue is spacious, clean and bright.The teachers are loving, patient and responsible.It has been 7 weeks since my son first attends the center, he adapts well and progresses quickly here.

The team at Next Gen have been so welcoming & loving since the day my son started there. They are always happy and make him feel at home. They are great at communicating with me via the Story Park app and have clearly demonstrated that the children's best interests are at the forefront of everything they do.

Our 8 month baby started here earlier this year and our experience was wonderfull. Keli managing it very well with all the educators very qualified, professional and caring. We were a bit reluctant to leave such a little baby away from us but our fear was vanished once we saw the loving and caring attitude of the educators. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a quality care.

Finally got to a point when I had some free time to write an review about Next Gen Childcare. I am a mother of twins (a boy and a girl) who have been going to Nextgen for close to a year now. I would rate Next Gen as 5 star day care. Some of the reasons :1. Both my kids settled in very quickly and enjoy spending their time at Next Gen2. I was advised that as soon as the kids start going to Day Care they will fall ill but with next Gen except on a couple of occasions it has been a smooth journey and that is probably because of the good internal hygiene standards that are maintained.3. Last but not the least it has been a tough time for Daycare centres during Covid with frequent changes due to the changing industry and Next Gen has also gone through those tough times but I will like to give 5 stars to the current team at Next Gen who have put in every effort to overcome the challenges. The results are already showing and I am sure with more encouragement from Next Gen families all challenges will be a thing of the past.Once again thank you Codie and team and keep up the great workMohit & Supriya

My son was attending the Childcare center last year and we found the place very professional and welcoming. The staffs are very friendly and keep us updated with child's activity and upcoming events.

I highly recommend this daycare center as the best in the area. The educators and management are fantastic. They creat a nurturing environment where children receive care and support. The center offers a wide range of engaging activities and focuses on school readiness. They genuinely care about the well-being and development of each child and really go the extra mile to create a warm and loving environment.They also take care in preparing children for the next stages of the educational journey. They incorporate age-appropriate learning activities that promote early literacy, numeracy, and problem-solving skills which is important for our family. Overall, the environment at the daycare center is fantastic. It is clean, organized, and designed to facilitate learning through play. The facilities are well-maintained and provide a safe space for children to explore, play, learn and grow.
