Little Zak's Academy South Penrith

The service which Little Zak's South Penrith offer; actually, I can't call it a service because they don't offer a service. They provide care, love, and support along with developmental structure.Any person can supervise a child, and any centre can set academic / developmental structure, but when they have your most valuable little human, you want a centre that offers far more than that.When I hand my son over to his teachers - Abbey, Sophie, or Sadaf - I know that he is being nurtured and cared for when I can't be there.The reason I say 'hand my son over' is because that's exactly what I do, I have separation anxiety as a result of my terrible childhood, as a result I am so judgemental and cautious of who I leave my child with.Emma the centres director, Abbey the room leader, Sophie and Sadaf the rooms staff made the effort not only to welcome and nurture my 13 month old Adam, but they carried over that same kindness and care to me.They could see I was struggling, so they took the initiative to give me updates and allowed me to watch Adam out of site so I could see he was happy in this environment.Adam has been attending the centre for 9 months now, I know he is happy, cared for, and loved by the cuddles and affection that he shows his teachers.I know that he has structure in his day, and he is learning and experiencing new things.The staff at Little Zak's South Penrith don't just do a job. They go over and above, and they build relationships, foundations, and trust.I am so glad that I found Little Zak's South Penrith (a friend whose child was at little Zak's Jordan Springs recommended the company, I am so glad that she did!) I tell all my friends and family to enrol their little human in Little Zak's child care centres.To the amazing humans that run Little Zak's South Penrith (director, educators, cook), thank you for making sending my child to daycare a wonderful experience for us.

My granddaughter just started earlier this month and the change in her already is amazing, from being a child that never wanted to go to her old daycare she now never wants to leave this amazing centre, I can't thank all the wonderful staff enough.

Emma is the best manager a centre could ever have . I found other staff good as well except one lady. I went there for my child orientation. I have no words to explain the excitement of my child when he got to know that he is going to school. He went there happily and he went on the slide while playing and one child (aged 3-5) year hit him twice on his face but we did not say anything as he was a child too. My son get off the slide and was nearly crying. Then he again tried to go to the slide and one of the educator came and said “ get off from here, you are not allowed to play here any more”. I have no idea what was wrong with her. And my child’s reaction was something that a parent could never want to see. I asked the staff and centre manager if there is any age restriction on the slide and they said no.I strongly request the higher authorities to take action to stop this abuse. Children are very innocent and no child deserve this kinda behaviour.

Little Zak’s South Penrith is a lovely centre. Emma is an incredible Director. She is very approachable and genuinely cares about meeting the needs of her staff and parents alike. The staff have been more than willing to assist both my children with their medical and additional needs. They are always happy to give me a courtesy call about the small things, not just big. Little Zak’s South Penrith love collaborating with allied health professionals. I can leave my boys knowing they’re being well looked after. The school readiness curriculum is a year long and includes the reading eggs program.

Emma the centre director and ALL staff have made the transition from another centre very smooth and easy for us all.The centre itself is always clean, tidy and organised.The staff are friendly, energetic and very welcoming to both our little ones every morning which makes drop off ALOT easier.Highly recommend!

should learn how to treat children… all children are equal!!!

My son has attended Little Zaks South Penrith for 9 months and he loves it.The centre is amazing! Its always clean, tidy and set out well. The energy and vibe is happy and welcoming.Emma is a wonderful director who leads an incredible team of staff. The staff are caring, friendly and always helpful.Thank you Little Zak's South Penrith.

5 stars is not enough to show how amazing this centre and all the staff are. Emma is always going over and beyond for all her families, children and staff. Everyone in the centre is always so inviting and willing to help in anyway they can. My daughter is always so excited to go to daycare and never wants to leave it’s amazing feeling as a mother knowing she is so cared for ❤️
