Ordered a orchid plant for my partner for her mothers 20 year passing anniversary they called her on the day of delievery to tell her they didnt have in stock then said next day delivery then next day comes and was the wrong colour will never buy again

Very overpriced, reeks of cigarettes and owner isn’t friendly in the slightest. Went to Woolies instead.

Sells budgies that are shoved in a tiny cage together, no shade, no water. Previous reports say many are ill and die within a short period. You get abused by staff if you say anything. Reported to RSPCA.

I am very pleased with the customer service that I received this week.The flowers I ordered were beautiful and so nicely put together for my friends birthday.I highly recommend this florist in Canberra and am happy to support this small business. Thanks very much for all your assistance.

Absolute rip off and died within 2 days should of went to woolies

I placed an order for my daughter birthday in UK a basket with fruits and flowers. I haven’t seen my daughter for 2 years so I was happy for her to get this lovely basket for her birthday. She didn’t get the basket ($120)She never got the basket that I ordered in stead she got a very small bunch of flowers no basket no fruits .I went back in to the shop to see why my daughter didn’t get what I paid for and my choice of gift. The man was very unprofessional and not helpful. He told me he did me a favour and he didn’t make any money out of my order and he also sad that he didn’t make any profits so he sad I tried to call you but you gave me the wrong number. The number was the right one he just wasn’t able to read my number 5. He told me that he new that my daughter didn’t get the basket in stead he ordered for me a box of chocolates. But my daughter didn’t get the chocolates. I’m very disappointed he never call me back he didn’t apologise and I didn’t get my refund not even a partial refund. Very disappointed.Anna De Simone
