The Pure Water Specialists

Can't give enough thanks to the team at The Pure Water Specialist Capalaba. I popped in there today to try and get a part for my system I purchased about a year and a half ago. Unfortunately the fitter was on the road doing installs but Melissa said she could have the fitter pop out and try to fix it. The fitter called and said he could come at 2.30, he arrived on time however unfortunately did not have the part, but offered to take my system back to the shop fix and return it for me. We also established my filters where due for replacement. So a few hours later he returns with a fully serviced and repaired water system, they even cleaned it! Furthermore he refitted it for me!! Cant thank them enough for their service, it's old fashioned service which is hard to find these day's.

I highly recommend the team at The Pure Water Specialists Capalaba. Amazing customer service. These guys are brilliant! Extremely helpful, the water tastes fantastic and so easy to use! Thank you very much for setting me up with much healthier water for my life!
