A very positive day. Had Jim show me the items I was looking for. Was only too happy to find all the info I was requiring. Sent though email as promised - same afternoon. A very pleasant experience - no pushy sales people. We had a friendly chat. I will be purchasing when I decide on the fabric colour. Great prices also. Long delivery time but covid and related shipping delays can't be helped. It will be worth the wait I'm sure.

Absolutely the worst customer experience. Purchased furniture. Went back next day to cancel partially for stuff we regretted, refund processing took nearly 1 month and multiple emails and store visits in person.The remaining furniture we went through with payment - Nick Scali keeps changing delivery date and text days before to tell us they can no longer deliver on previously agreed dates. Repeatedly tells us we have outstanding fees with multiple messages that they already received responses to, again phone and text, also kept texting both my husband and I with delivery dates we already declined due to non-availability. It almost felt like phishing and scam texts.When we finally got it delivered, the furniture came with missing parts and wobbly.. so we declined the delivery and asked for refund.To refund you must attend the shop in-person on weekdays only. The manager did ring once after one week to advice he had actioned the refund. However when we received the money few days later, it was $500 short….? Hidden fees to process refund….this is just so wrong at many levels..

Very nice furniture but could not buy as time frame for delivery seemed to be approximately 3 months. If buying need to get furniture immediately or not at all.

Sent a text saying that my lounge would arrive today. Message said that driver would ring in the morning. Heard nothing so in the afternoon rang Nick Scali. Was assured it would be delivered today. Nearly 7 pm, still have not heard anything.

POOR AFTER CARE SERVICEExtremely disappointed with after service. Purchased a lounge suit in Mid 2019 from Nick Scali in Toowoomba. 4 months after delivery we had to have the electric mechanism repaired under warranty as it broke due to company fault . Now after 2 years of having the product we reported a problem with the middle head rest and was told that it was no longer under warranty which we accept however was then told by service team that even if we are willing to pay for a call-out or for the repair they are not willing to look at the product, regardless if it is a product fault. This is supposed to be a premium furniture store. I would highly recommend purchasing your products from another store they cares about repeat business.

Couldn't fault the Toowoomba team, great to deal with and very professional. Leather quality was good and still is however the frame has failed 2 times in 4 years.I'd expect better from a 10k lounge. First time their repair service was prompt, hopefully its the same case 2nd time round. Still... 10k couch should not have these sort of structural isses.

I ordered multiple furniture items including two rugs that cost me more than 25k for everything. Until NOW after nearly 5 months I was informed that I need to wait AGAIN until 29th June for the rugs???! The store should do something about this or at least be proactive and help us to follow up this.

Just don't go here and then maybe get to enjoy the furniture you buy and not getting a headache from this outdated and terrible place.Set a date for delivery time frame. Then randomly they send SMS to try and deliver early, providing contact details that were unresponsive to calls and SMS. Finally cancel delivery day of by text.Update :Finally never delivered the whole product we bought. Awaiting a refund.At any rate I repeat no matter how much you may think they are nice and have nice things you will regret buying from Nick Scali.Another update: they repaid only a third of what they charged. Still waiting on a real refund. Many, too many, hours wasted with Nick Scali. Feels like a Nick Scammie.

The delivery came safely, and the furniture store staff were kind.

Before you browse for floor stock I think it’s worth mentioning a few things:1. Even though it’s floor stock, it needs to go back to Brisbane (bought from Toowoomba) first and then distributed from there, which takes a very long time. It’s been over a month and mine still hasn’t arrived. I’m trying to get a refund as I type this.2. Don’t expect Nick Scali to be proactive with organising delivery. I had to call several times to sort out a day, and they won’t give you a time at all. Then they haven’t arrived on the day they organised. No good.Good luck
