my go to for all dry cleaning!I've been coming here for over 3 yearsthe owner is an absolute gentleman, he has helped me out so many times when I need my shirt dry-cleaned last minute dropping it off on a friday afternoon and its ready by Saturday morning/lunchtime, I trust him with all my expensive designer clothes he has never let me down A+he has also cleaned alot of my wife's designer handbags bringing them back to brand new!

Jacket hasn’t been cleaned properly. Still smells at the back where there was an issue. It doesn’t look like it’s been dry cleaned at all. I’m not even going to bother taking it back, will go elsewhere. Disappointing, however, not surprising.

Totally ruined my skirt and was the worst experience I’ve ever had with customer service. I brought a skirt in be dry cleaned which was suppose to be ready in 3 days. I come back 3 days later, it’s not ready. I come back 2 days later, it’s not ready. Finally on the morning of the event I go back and it’s still not ready so I ask for it back and it turns out that it is totally ruined by chemicals. Instead of calling me to tell me when it happened (which was within the first day or two he told me) he allowed me to come back again and again. He refused to give me money for it because I didn’t have a receipt for it. When I was talking about this he kept yelling over the top of me, interrupting me, and not letting me speak. Worst experience ever. The guy is a misogynistic a**hole that should go out of business.

One of the worst customer service experiences. Based on the good ratings and one good experience for us in past, I gave this shop 2 suits, few ties and a jacket for cleaning. It came up with exorbitant bill where they charged almost $5 each for a tie and almost $100 total bill together. When I questioned the man on price, he relented and reduced the charges for ties, Pheww. Finally after few days when I went to collect the clothes, one of my suits was being given me back as is. The small oily spot on right side chest was as is. It was as clear as sun light but these guys had missed it. I showed them the spot, they made some lame excuses but agreed to clean again. My God all horror stories came true when I went to collect this suit next time. It is(was) my favourite suit, bought overseas and quite expensive. To my horror, in place of the spot now there were shredded remains of cloth. I complained to the man but he was making excuses now that it was given to him as is. And dishonest man was claiming that he had accepted an already damaged suit to clean. I am waiting for the pandemic period to subside and then take this matter further for appropriate penalties to this shop and suitable compensation to me. Meanwhile PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP.

By far the best alteration place I’ve been and I’ve been to many around the north area. I would usually buy 5-10 high end business shirts and pants per year for work and I would only come here to get it altered. As I need the sleeves shorten, the store owner would do it properly so well that you wouldn’t even be able to tell that the sleeves has been altered. The cost is only half of what they charge in shopping centre (eg Northland). Even though I recently moved house from Preston to Blackburn I would still drive down to this store for my alteration needs. The price, service and expertise is second to non.

Not recommended! Both garments that I took were not cleaned properly which was very inconvenient and disappointing. Service had my garments for over a week, and the guy that runs it doubted me when I took back a still dirty jacket he had supposedly cleaned (did a very lazy job). I expected it to be cleaned completely and he made it out like I was being unreasonable. My coat now smells of detergent, and is only half cleaned, detergent smell is so strong it makes me sneeze!

Had my expensive suit dry cleaned for my best friend’s wedding interstate. Pickup up items in sealed bag and flew that day. Arrived to find pant suit missing. Had to purchase a whole new suit for the event. Took a photo of the freshly opened plastic cover and items laid out. Retired and he claimed o never gave him the pants to clean. Then when I showed him the photographs, he yelled that I never even shopped there and couldn’t prove it was him with no receipt. I hope he gets shut down.

I took in 9 tablecloths for our wedding for pressing, and again after the wedding to be cleaned and pressed. Both times I had excellent service, at a very reasonable price. I'm so happy to have found a good dry cleaner locally!
