These guys were always on time and no job was too difficult for them. If a service was going to cost more than expected then they would call me up to see if I still wanted to go ahead. Always turned up with a smile. Would definitely use them again!

Blueline is just excellent. They are courteous, patient, knowledgeable and efficient. Quote, explanation and then James actually replacing the toilet - it all went without a hitch. The job was done without fuss and I was impressed by the fact that our carpets were covered to avoid any dirt being carried into the bathroom. Perfect cleanup too! I am a very happy customer.

I used Blueline after searching for plumbers without much luck to install and remove some toilets and also another time to help with a drain pipe that had been blocked with tree roots.Both times the service was professional, clear communication throughout the process including the price and service delivery was excellent.I’ve had lots of issues before with plumbing parent companies that charge excess fees with subcontractors and subpar service. Really glad I found this company and I’ll be using them for all plumbing needs from now on.

Professional, prompt service (arranged someone to come same-day, and gave me notice when it turned out they could arrive early); transparent about arrival times and pricing (provided specific quotes after inspecting the problem); fixed the issue quickly to a high quality; answered all my questions and gave advice about prevention/maitenance techniques to avoid the same problem in future. Highly recommend, with specific thanks to Anthony (for arranging the booking) and James and Peter for providing the service.

James was professional, courteous and helpful. He clearly explained the work to be done before starting and I knew how much it was going to cost. He also gave me options to let me choose which price option I wanted. All work was left clean and tidy. Will definitely use Blueline again and refer to friends.

I am extremely pleased with the services at Blueline Plumbing & Gas. They have gone the extra mile to give us the reassurance needed after doing a final touch up of the plumbing at our house prior to selling. We do not live in Canberra so it was hard to choose the right plumber but I am so glad we went with Blueline Plumbing. Ky and Anthony have been especially helpful. Thanks so much guys!

Blueline are fantastic. The technicians advise what the issue is, give a quote and then fix the issue, all in a friendly, professional and efficient manner. Twice in the last few months I have needed their services, I have called in the morning and by afternoon I have a technician on site fixing the issues. I highly recommend them for their service, timeliness and experience. I will keep using Blueline for my plumbing and hot water system needs.
