The Riverton Bar and Grill
Pricing is out of pace with the market. You can get great pub grub at many other places $4 - $5 per meal less. Wouldn't mind if it was amazing but very small pensioner meals for the oldies coupled with cold chips all around is not cricket when you are paying $28 - $30 for a pub grub plate. Overall that makes it disappointing.

There are plenty of taverns you can come to in Perth for a good meal and most of them have about the same in terms of offerings. Rivo bar and grill stands out in the sense that those standard offerings are cooked slightly better than elsewhere. There’s plenty of parking to go around and the place is enormous - prices are reasonable as are portions. I don’t think it’s the best steak you’ll ever have but you know what, for the convenience and price I think it’s good enough. If you’re looking for a venue in the area to have a solid value dinner with some mates then this is a place you should consider!

Called in for dinner.The restaurant was busy and loud.Staff were friendly, all orders were placed at the bar.Meals arrived in a timely manner.I had the pork belly, was yum, the gravey was very deliciousThe other meal was eye fillet, this was cooked to perfection,

Been here a few time but this is my first time trying their thai dishes. The kapow stir fry was really nice and the massaman beef curry too. Rice is nice and fluffy. Probably prefer this than their western dishes though I wish it was spicy (not sure if I could ask this). The thai dish is pretty much toned completely down for western palate.This place always has good service. Meal always comes out fast no matter how crowded.However I do find prices pretty high and I’ve had a bad Toma before and didn’t really like their Steak Special. That’s why I’m dropping a star. But everything else has been great.

Beautiful bar and grill, with plenty of seating inside and outside.Great customer service, food came out fast!Large menu, with wide variety of choices to suit most people. Had vegan and vegetarian options available!Food was delicious, and large portion sizes! Great place overall, would definitely recommend!

Edit 29 Jan '23Dined in during the Chinese New Year week. I had a small meal of grilled chicken salad accompanied with beer. Salad was delicious. Grilled chicken was moist and soft. Enjoyed the lion dance as well. Overall it was a pleasant night.---‐---------------Huge and spacious bar and grill. Atmosphere was great. Food always comes out fast and service is friendly. Menu was quite limited. I believe they have tweaked the menu and made the selection smaller since last year. We had a light dinner, two chicken parmigiana, one was just a plain chicken parmigiana while the other was with garlic sauce. My daughter enjoyed her garlic sauce parmigiana, while I was just ok with mine. Portion was def huge. Overall, its a great place to just hang out with friends and family while listening to people sing at the karaoke bar.

Lets get the good things first. It has plenty of free onsite parking and venue is enormous. Quite a variety of drinks are available. Food arrives fast with less queuing required but quite a very busy place.The flip side is the staffs are not readily available when needing assistance. For example, We ordered lemon, lime and bitter and the not-so-friendly gentleman at the bar did not give straws for the drinks and he said they dont provide straws to customers anymore. To my surprise, the customers who were served before us got 4 drinks with straws in each glass. If you dont give straws, then dont give to anyone at all. Dont do half and half. I felt discriminated.In terms of food, like most of the reviewers said, the quality has dropped a bit however prices have gone up. You know what I am talking about if you are a regular goer there.

Nice food. Good deals for weekdays. A bit expensive for general pub food, $22 for smashed burger with chips, anyway this is very affordable price already compare to the other pubs.

food was good, had the scotch fillet with chips, only reason I gave a lower star rating because the small amount of chips provided (hidden partially under the steak to make it appear that there were more chips than were actually there)was effectively a serving for a child. The meal was $42, they can do better in my view. I ate at Cicirello's Fremantle earlier in the day, for $23 had a burger with more chips than I could eat.
