Lotties Place maybe a small business but their talent is an art form. I’ve never found any other lash techs that can do what those three amazing women can do. Thank you❤️

I went in for a spray tan, an had an amazing experience, very catering to different people of all different shapes and sizes! I am currently very pregnant and I was made to feel very comfortable and welcomed. Will definitely be returning! ❤️

All of the ladies at Lottie’s place are so lovely and their service is next to none. (Especially Jade <3) 10/10 for the quality of work and so flexible with rescheduling when needed.

To say I am annoyed texted me not even the courtesy of a phone call to tell be at 4pm on a Friday they can't do my appointment cause someone is sick. They only have 2pm available which I can't do. Was for a special occasion seeing my husband after 6 months of him being overseas and all I get is a sorry. Would not recommend this company as the customer service is disgusting. Worst and way to unreliable. Would have been more understanding if it was a phone call but to text saying sorry we can't help you is a joke

I went to another big lash artist for about a year before I tried Lottie’s place for a change and was instantly converted, super friendly staff, super hygienic and they’ve always discussed what exactly I want before my appointment. Lottiesplace has a amazing atmosphere and I will continue coming back to get my lashes done from these lovely ladies.

I haven't attended this salon, however as a beauty therapist who deals with client's daily, and have found myself in this situation often, I want to praise them on their professionalism in handling a difficult situation. Service workers are human too. Give a little Grace.
