3 weeks ago I sent my wedding set away to be cleaned and my engagement ring was returned in an unwearable & broken state. The shank was completley snapped. A 2yr old ring looked like a 10yr old ring. Absolutley appalling.Regional manager Scott offered to have it fixed which i admit they did do, then offered a $500 gift card to spend in store. When i declined the offer and asked for a refund instead Scott became immediately aggressive and patronising stating i was trying to profiteer from the situation.His tone of voice was demeaning and refused to take ownership of the situation.I have been unsuccessful in obtaining details of how to make a formal complaint.The integrity of Scott its completely questionable. I was left in tears.Absolutely disgusting service.
