South Morang Mazda

I called the service centre as my car is still under warranty (and I have had all services since purchase completed at this centre) I advised that I am unable to turn my car fully off, i was put on hold and then advised they were unable to assist and i needed to call road side assist. I called back and explained in more detail the issue and that it is under warranty, the electronics wont turn off in the car and i cant lock my car, and I was advised that they would not be able to book me in for 3 weeks! (This was for diagnostic)I would like to note I was not expecting a diagnosis over the phone, I had asked if I could come down as I was only 10 minutes from the centre and it was 3pm. Still advised no, call road side assist, my car was not broken down , I was able to drive it, just wouldn't turn off. Not sure what the point of calling out roadside to be towed if there was no availability to be seen for 3 weeks...

Luca Barrasso was so helpful, polite and knowledgable. Even though we didnt purchase a car I would highly recommend Luca . He would be one of the most honest car reps Ive ever met. I would go out of my way to buy my next vehicle from him. Mazda are lucky to have him

I have been contacting so many different dealerships and Tayla has been really helpful. The sales process wasn't pushy or annoying, and despite placing a bond, things changed, and they were understanding and refunded the bond. Overall, a positive experience even though their sale didn't go through.

Friendly staff, but the test is when things go wrong.I had a sales person lie to me about some aspects of the car. Once I learned about them, rather than deal with it, they basically blocked me and refused to do anything more to help.So smooth sailing? These guys are friendly and easy.But when things don't go well, they will lie and try to take advantage of you.
