I rented a property through Marley Duncan RE for a few years and I never had any issues at all. I was worried about Dealing with Hayley but after meeting her we just clicked and I found her to be absolutely Awesome. Karen is amazing to deal with and very quick to respond to any issues and try and work out solutions. David conducted most of our inspections and was also awesome. Personally we never had any issues with the whole team to the point I wish I had never left as I have had nothing but issues with property owners who refuse to maintain houses. I know Hayley would have made sure we where looked after as she is fair an tells it like it is. Regardless if you are an owner or renter she will back who is right and I really miss that in an agent.
