Hong did an excellent job of full service on our baby grand piano which includes, regulation, tuning, cleaning the piano inside, disassembling and lubricating the keys as well as polishing the piano case, very pleased with the results.

100% recommend Hong for regular piano tuning and dehumidifier system installation. My 9 year old Kawai piano has never sounded so good. He takes extra care and goes above and beyond. He fixed all the squeaky keys from the humidity, and fixed the squeaky pedals. He also gave his expert opinion as to the size and model of grand piano that will suit my room if I ever decide to upgrade. His passion and expertise is evident and I have total trust in his work.

Hong is absolutely fantastic. His communication prior to the appointment is always excellent. He is always punctual. He is always very friendly and helpful. His technical work is always perfect. His efficiency and cordial nature are an absolute pleasure. I cannot speak too highly of Hong. He makes everything so easy for the customer: no fuss and no trouble. Just professional and business-like efficiency with a smile. If every business operated like this, life would be a lot easier! I can’t recommend Hong more highly when it comes to piano tuning.

Hong is fantastic. He's responsive and professional, focused on making the piano sound and play the best. Hong explained every part of the piano, the work required and the risk of not doing the work. Hong clearly explained all the options and costs and risks associated with each option. Needless to say I followed his advice!Hong has now serviced the piano and taken an unplayable paino (purchased at auction) into a beatiful rich instrument. Even my neighbours have commented how good the piano sounds. Thanks Hong.

Had the Dampp-Chaser Piano Life Saver dehumidifier and plastic cover installed on my Yamaha C2 to prolong the longevity. He will definitely make sure that every note is sounding perfectly in tune.
