An elegant function facility and ballroom for corporate or private functions. I had a breakfast function here and the food was good and the staff friendly.

Like old times...the place was pumping. Good to see that it has recovered from the Ivy opening....great drinks, although a lot of core cocktails were premixed (not so sure about that), even though they tasted like the originals. The answer was that it was to reduce time to serve, but a negroni doesn't take too long and who doesn't like the spectacle of a cocktail being made.

Mmmm yea nahhh!!!!!....All forms of service go out the window the minute you enter the door. I've never been anywhere....ANYWHERE where I have been literally abandoned after giving someone my order. He went to go make cocktails for other women. To make matters worse, not even apologetic. Instead, all I got was are you drunk?" and we had just arrived which he was very well aware.So Merivale: we moved away from the bar

What kind of a bar closes just after midnight on a Saturday night. We were moved from one location to another as the place was gradually shutting down. That's in the middle of the city in Sydney. And then you can't even do takeaway shots to have on the bench outside while waiting for the tram. What kind of a policy is this?

We hosted our wedding industry event at the Establishment Ballroom and the venue space was stunning and the food was incredible! The venue team and hotel staff were super attentive, accommodating and so easy to coordinate with. The rooms were lovely too.
