Booked repair from online platform with details of phone and part. After driving in traffic to the store to make the appointment time I was told they don't have the part and don't use the online booking ? This was the Innaloo store. Thanks for wasting my time.

The person behind the counter was very friendly. He was very professional and had my phone fixed in no time. He also gave me additional advice on phone handling and useful tips. Thank you

I had my cracked phone screen repaired here and it was all done very quickly and cheaply.A few months later the screen started popping out because of a manufacturing defect in the adhesive, so they promptly replaced it free of charge under warranty and were very apologetic for something that was out of their control.A week or so later the front assembly came loose for a semi-related reason, and again they explained everything and repaired it on the spot and at no charge.I'd rather have not had to come back to sort out issues following the first, but the people here have been so friendly and helpful that I'd recommend them to others without hesitation

Had my phone screen replaced which cost almost $500, and soon after a black dot appeared on my screen. Took the phone back in for them to have a look and tell me all they can do is send the screen back to their supplier and see what happens. This was after it being suggested multiple times that it is probably my fault from dropping my phone (which has not been dropped and has no signs of damage what so ever) Offered me a $60 voucher for 'next time I need my phone repaired'. What a wonderful waste of taking a day off work, to travel an hour each way :)

I asked the legend behind the counter whether they sold phone wipes, to my dismay they did not so he instead offered me free ones. Give this man a raise!
