The worst maccas in Brisbane. So slow. Order is always wrong. Toy is never in happy meal. I have even received a cheeseburger with no meat. Don’t bother drive to Virginia. It’s pathetic every time.

To whom this may concern,Today at 3:47pm, my friend and I walked into this establishment expecting a nice environment to spend our afternoon in.While waiting for our delicious & nostalgic meal from McDonald’s, my counterpart & I overheard some crass commentary coming from the girl seen in the attached images. She was expressing her distaste for customers simply coming into the store and ordering food, stating “If you really want banana bread, buy some and make it at home for yourself.” It was the rude tone & the fact that we had just ordered banana bread that caught our attention, but we were shocked to see her displaying such poor work ethic AND eating an ice cream cone while doing her job. I understand employees need to eat and feel nourished to perform their jobs to the best of their ability, but still, I am appalled that management is allowing her to eat in front of the other fresh food she was handling, and a store full of customers. She also made a comment about a hashbrown, stating “If they want to order a hashbrown at this time of the day, this is what they get.” To me, this sounded like she had done something to this item of food she was about to serve, and I feel a great deal of remorse for whoever received that order. This girl was running drive thru, and as an ex-McDonald’s employee, having this position means you must take on the responsibility of an area leader. You must be an example for your coworkers, and be professional in how you go about doing your job, including how you treat guests in your restaurant. These two loud comments tell me that Chermside McDonald’s has little to no concern over the attitude their employees bring to the workplace, nor do they care about food quality & the laws that surround it. They clearly have no respect for their paying customers, and because of this, my friend & I will not be visiting this establishment again.

I had an amazing experience at McDonald's last friday thanks to the awesome staff! They were all so friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. That was really kind of them to keep my keys safe which I lost there. I appreciate the honesty and willingness to help me out. I'm so grateful for their hard work and dedication, and I can't wait to visit again soon!

Frankly I was disappointed. First I got all the way through my order at a self-serve kiosk (I'd rather talk to a human) only to have it crash out at the payment screen. Then after ordering at a different kiosk, 2 km down the road I found I had the wrong burger.

Went through the drive thru at8:30pm, ordered 2 hot drinks and a banana bread… TOASTED. Got the drinks (cold) waited almost 10minutes for the banana bread, finally got it and it was cremated. Literally cremated. Went back through and asked for it to be remade, after having three different orders offered to me at the window (clearly they don’t communicate) I decided to tell them we are waiting for banana bread. Another 5 minutes waiting then we are told to go to the waiting bay where we were again offered someone else’s order. 5 minutes later the banana bread arrives…… HALF FROZEN… I decide to go inside where I was greeted by the manager and had little kids laughing in the background because I was clearly frustrated that it had taken them 30 minutes to still not get the bread right. Manager made the toasted bread and it still wasn’t right. Safe to say I should have read reviews before visiting this gross restaurant and I won’t be returning.

The dirtiest maccas in Northside I just ordered 2 bloody ice cream and I was wait 25 minutes. It was yesterday 12/10/2022 order time was 9:35pm and I got ice cream 10:00 pm. Everywhere was really dirty and no one knows what are they doing…

Went there this morning 30/3 around 1.30am . Waiting in line for 20 minutes for a caramel latte , driver in front of me got impatient and started beeping horn they were waiting that long. Finally get my caramel latte and they forgot to put the caramel in . Late to work and not what I ordered.

Ordered 22 JAN 2023 DRIVETHROUGHReceived NO BUN on top or bottom of my burger. Could barely hear the server through the drive through speakerbox.Called 15 minutes later upon discovering this and the manager offered to refund the entire order of which I appreciate a lot.Drive through speaker box needs to be FIXED so we can communicate our order with your staff properly.
