I love going to Fitness First at Malvern Valley. The customer service is great! So friendly and helpful! They definitely put in a great effort to take care of their members. Gareth West, the manager has helped me so much and done his best for us. The environment is great, spacious and clean. Definitely recommend!

this gym is beautiful as wonderful equipment and amazing facilities. However, the staff will make you want to pull your own hair out. if you live locally this gym has all the potential in the world to help you achieve any of your personal fitness goals. however, if you have any kind of issue with your membership or your experience, dealing with the staff is very painful. Between them asking an arm long length of questions then advising you to send email after having a conversations it is all just exhausting.In summary, beautiful layout, clean, well-kept and great facilities, unhelpful staff.

AMAZING gym! Joined up as a newbie to fitness and was told how equipment worked and was shown the amazing facilities, I've been going for almost a year and the staff are impeccable! Always so friendly and kind, happy to help with anything. Every type of machine available, many machines so it's not crowded. Could not recommend a better gym, if you're looking to start your fitness journey, try FF Malvern valley!

I enjoy going to Malvern Valley Fitness First. The customer service is excellent! So welcoming and helpful! They definitely go out of their way to look after their members. Gareth West, the manager, has been extremely helpful and has done his absolute best for us. The surroundings are lovely, spacious, and spotless. Strongly recommended!

Great gym, great facilities including an amazing 'wellness area' (sauna) & great fitness classes (special mention to Vish & Izabella- who runs Body Combat on weekends ). Super friendly reception staff especially Rowan who gets 10 out of 10!As a 16year FF member I couldn't ask for more from FF

I love training at the Malvern Valley Fitness First. Huge variety of equipment and amenities, as well as lovely staff and members! The sauna and the steam room is a huge bonus. Lovely being greeted by the friendly Rowan at the front desk :)

Nice and big with a relaxation zone. The treadmills are old without the audiovisual features that make walking fun, also there was a tinny announcement that was impossible to hear and the lights went off and alarms went on suddenly at 0330 when I was relaxing after working out. Scary, I had to grab my things and run.

Fitness First Malvern Valley
I recently joined Fitness First Malvern Valley and I am extremely impressed with the gym and staff. The gym is a great size - lots of machines, free weights, and space to exercise. The staff were also super helpful during the sign up process and answered all of my questions - Philip was particularly helpful with this! I've done my own exercises here and attended 2 different group classes, all of which gave me with a phenomenal workout. I'd definitely recommend this gym if you're looking for warm and welcoming staff, and a great place to workout!
