Wonderful Agents Super Friendly and Helpful. We recently purchased a house from Weekes and I highly recommend these guys. Their pricing was spot on and we found them really trustworthy to deal with. They made the process so easy with their personalised approach. Another agent even told us that Ryan is a good guy. If you want to buy a house in Bundaberg talk to Ryan and Alicia. We were so impressed we are now using them as our property managers.

I would not recommend this agent. We had paid a deposit for a new home being built at Innes Park and were waiting for a contract to sign. Even after asking over and over again where is our contract to sign" Answer was "the solicitor is a bit slow and it will be emailed within a couple of days" A few days later we were still waiting for our contract and received a text message to say that they have a contract on the said property from another person which had been accepted. We were NOT given a courtesy call regarding this other contract . So unprofessional .We were devastated that we had lost our dream home to someone else without even a phone call saying that he had another person interested on the same property. They have gone to an all time low in my books. I would never use them or recommend them"

Very professional service. During our first meeting with Ryan we found him to be very professional and this did not change throughout the entire selling process. We found Ryan to be honest knowledgeable and extremely professional. Integrity can sometimes be lacking in the real estate industry but Ryan demonstrated the utmost integrity from first meeting to settlement and beyond. Great͏ communicationRyan told us a price he’d hope to get then smashed that price by about $90k. He was helpful the whole way through and had our home sold within about a week. Whilst the money is great what makes Ryan my agent of choice is his honesty. I’ve known him a while now and whenever I had a local real estate question I knew asking Ryan would give me the right answer. Maybe not the answer I wanted but the honest one. I highly recommend him and have done many times.
