Gateway Hotel by Nightcap Plus
Hate the bathroom as it is glass door, you can actually see the shape when someone undresses to shower. We had to put a towel over the door to get some privacy. Otherwise the beds are comfy and great location. Kettle is not too clean inside.

The staff at this hotel are the friendliest I've encountered, they make this hotel warm, kind and professional. An absolute credit to each of them. Friendly receptionist at check-in, bed was comfortable, but room was a bit dated and the shower head (room 005) would not stay upright no matter how it was positioned, and fell down repeatedly during showers. There was also a bit of mould in the bathroom. I booked a room that listed one king and two single beds, and we got a room with one king, one single, and one trundle bed, which was quite squeaky during the night, and which had protruding feet that all of us tripped on at least once. I got this room on sale for $145, and I would advise not paying anymore than that if you can help it

Very handy location.Loved our meal in the restaurant.Big clean rooms. Good bathroom.Booked direct and received 10% discount on dining and a free drink each. These were nice surprises.

Stayed here before, rooms always super comfyFood is amazing , I was with a big group food was a little slow coming out of the kitchen even though we were there early and ordered quick as possible. But we have found this to happen before but food is always delicious

I've never had such a noisy hotel room in my life. I paid full price for a room near the public toilets for the bar. Can hear people talking and staff moving things about.. footsteps from the staircase it's going to be a long night...

Great place if you are travelling on the sSpirit of Tasmania. Very close to the terminal and an easy drive. Clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was good and all the staff were great

Beautiful room, spa was great, but can't say enough about the staff. The guys in the restaurant had the best attitudes and smiles and reception staff were great!
