Raine and Horne managed one of my properties for only 12 months. In that time no quarterly checks were done (even though we’d paid for them).Management were hard to get a hold of when I needed to speak with them. One particular person who managed the property was always “in a meeting” when I’d call.I just felt like it was excuse after excuse. Finally when we got our property back we spent 3x what the bond was just fixing up issues that should have been attended to during a normal quarterly inspection.If you respect your property, go with someone else.
