Brilliant products, professional and conscientious service! The after care shampoo and conditioner are better than the big name international brands I've tried in the past... they're worth every dollar and really extend the life of the treatment. Highly recommended.

This is my second time at Head Spa because I really liked the staff and my hair treatment the first time. I don’t regret it!! Had an amazing time at both appointments. When I entered the room, I was warmly welcomed by Emma, such a lovely lady. She was so professional with my hair treatment and detailed on her tasks.I left with a smile on my face :) and a beautifully done hair keratin.Will go again!!Recommend it!!!

I did my first keratin treatment at Paramatta on the 31st of May. It was a good experience but after first wash in 3 days it lost most of the treatment. My hair on the head is soft and smooth but length looks burnt frizzy and soft when touch. I have spoken to the hair dresser and went back on the 8th of june. After lots of healthy discussion She did my hair again. Gave me a free mask to apply after wash.Again after the wash i left it 90% air dried and then use the hair drier my hair is soft, wavy and looks tamed . But looks terribly dry and burnt. After some hrs it's settle down.Today 15th june i washed my hair 2nd time with their shampoo and applied mask. Products keep my hair soft smooth on the head but length has to get recover a lot. In my opinion its a good spa.Hair dresser is helpful.

I first attended this salon around three months ago and was very happy with the results. Now back for a second time. Easy to book with lots of time options to suit your schedule. I find the price economical compared to quotes from other places.

This has got to be one of the most amazing places for Keratin smoothing. I have had many done before but absolutely love the results on this one. Rabeena the hair stylist on that day was a delight, and paid so much attention to all the customers there! Will definitely be back for more.
