Original UGG Boots

Absolutely LOVE my new double button UGGs. I also have the same exact pair in black. They are so warm and comfortable in the snowy weather. I also purchased the UGG care kit to keep them in optimal condition. Definitely Recommend them!!

I ordered a pair of slippers and was informed by email they would be received today. My husband and I stayed in waiting for the delivery but it never happened. I have now received an email saying that delivery was attempted but no one was in. This is a lie. I cannot see how Ugg can be contacted and am not prepared to chase around finding where the slippers are. There seems to be no way of contacting this company. If I can't have the goods, I want a refund. Update - the slippers arrived today,. They are beautiful :-)

I love Uggs! Bought these as a gift for my sister and they looked great! She wore them all winter long for many winters and they held up great! They fit perfectly and were a great price.

Delivery was fast, the product fits perfectly. The size is the same as all my other footwear. I didn't buy them to wear outside in the rain, so I can't say anything about how waterproof they would be. I only really wear them in the house and when I drive my wife to work at some very early hour, so I guess they are my slippers. Overall, very happy with this purchase.

Ordered a pair of UGG boots that are coming apart at the seams and theyare less than two weeks old. Now getting the run around from their lackluster online Customer service team. They charge you a high price for an inferior product. The quality is not there and clearly is poor craftsmanship from an overworked factory worker who simply doesn't care about doing their job properly. Be warned, do not buy from this company. They are selling inferior products not fit for purpose and ignoring you when you reach out for a replacement or refund.

I love these shoes, I wear them all the time inside and outside of the house. They are well worth the money compared to what other companies charge for shoes. When these die on me I will definitely be repurchasing as well.

I have had great results when ordering from this company, UNTIL RECENTLY! I got two pair of Arctic Tall boots, one in Chestnut, and the other in Gray. I contacted ,them because the soles were paper thin, and not what I ordered before. I explained the situation, and they NEVER RESPONDED. $147.00 USD I paid for EACH, and no reply was ever received from them. I WILL NOT ORDER ANY MORE UNLESS THEY FIX THIS PROBLEM! The product has been good the last 2 orders, but they FAILED EPICALLY THIS TIME. Beware of this company from here out, because it has a “Swing Tag”, doesn’t necessarily mean they are on the up and up!!
