After breaking down recently, I wasn't left stranded for long. The very nice RACQ mechanic arrived within the hour. And thankfully had me mobile quickly. As we lived fairly close by, he followed, to make sure we made it. So appreciative.

My partner and I visited RACQ Cairns Central to apply for International Driving Permits and we were helped by the lovely Helen. The staff there were all very friendly and the application process was extremely quick and simple. Thank you Helen and RACQ! ☺️

Very friendly and helpful service team. Easy parking being on the 1st Floor of Cairns Central Shopping Centre. At the Western entrance so right near the carpark with several wheelchair ♿️ parks available. Quite busy while I was there but the waiting time was minimal.

I live roughly 20 mins away from the cairns central and sometimes I have to go into the branch to get money out of my savings, 3 times now the machine at the teller has been down! Inconvenient! Wish there was a branch in Edmonton or earlville. So that we don’t have to drive all the way in town to get rejected.* or even an email stating under maintenance

I would not recommend the RACQ Cairns pre-purchase inspection service as in the report provided by the mechanic, it was not highlighted an issue with the head unit screen of my car, and the online resolution team would not even accept proof of the unidentified issue to provide a resolution

Found the new office in Cairns Central by accident, they used to be in Earlville. Much easier than trying a phone number that never answers.For claims, best to ring at 7am sharp
