Mark and Gianna have been so welcoming and accommodating in the process of building our new home. They acknowledged all the custom work we wanted to design the perfect house for our family and communicated to us the process at each step so we were never left in the dark. They always seem to go above and beyond, with no ask being too big. We couldn't be happier with the work and effort they put into our build, doing so always with a smile on their face. I have never come across such wonderful customer service.

Mark firstly helped us out when we were in a terrible situation with another builder. We were almost ready to give up on the idea of building a house, but Mark’s positive attitude gave us the confidence to get back into it. We’re currently at lock up stage and everything is moving very smoothly. We can’t wait to see the finished product and move into our new home. Cheers Mark and team!

My wife and I have been very happy with the service provided by Hotondo Homes Logan.As this has been our first ever build, Mark, Gianna and the team have been wonderful from our first engagement to now, helping us through all enquiries relating to design and construction.Will certainly be happy to use their services again in the future. My wife and I met Mark Uzzell at the Brisbane home show. We were looking to purchase an odd shaped block to build our family home. Mark was extremely helpful, providing specific information relevant to our block, informing us of the restrictions and the designs including with relevant alterations that could make the best use of our block. Many consultants we spoke to were only able to show the layouts they had, unable to provide the specific knowledge or care Mark displayed, which was extremely reassuring for us.My wife and I also went to the display homes and we were very impressed with the finish and livability of the display homes from Hotondo. Other display homes seem good on paper, but in person my wife and I couldn't see ourselves living in them. With Hontondo, however we were very impressed.Mark was extremely open and honest throughout the whole process, and we were very eager to work with him to build our home. Unfortunately, we were unable to secure the land, and had to look at other prospects.For anyone building a new home, I would absolutely recommend talking to Mark to discuss appropriate layouts for your lifestyle and land. It is certainly worth it to invest in a good, liveable layout, like the ones Mark shows at Hontondo homes, with exceptional quality finishes at a great price.

Mark was always on the job early dealing with trades, quality control and provided us with not only the best quote on our new home, but helped us with further additions to our family home. Anyone can build a house but these guys really build a home. Mark & Gianna take the stress out of building and really care. They make the effort to get on my wavelength and work together with all involved in the build to achieve the result I want. Quality is great. Highly recommended.

Mark and his wife Gianna were wonderful to work with. They were so kind, helpful and accommodating to our every need. Mark was always there to address any questions or concerns we had and very patient with all our demands. Cannot recommend the browns plains Hotondo team enough!

Just a little update 1 week after hand over on the 17/6/23. Front entrance door lock still not installed was under ther understanding that this would have been done the day of handover or the Monday have called Mark and message and emailed to no answer. Some down pipes that were replaced are still needing painting. All glass on our sliding doors have from 40 to 60 scratches on each panel from there cleaner this was brought to one of his supervisors attention and im still trying to continue to contact Mark to resolve the issue.

Mark and his team at Hotondo are the true masters of the trade. As the architect and builder, the process of building our new Home was super easy and stress free. The fixtures and fittings in particular came up very nicely and adds that homely feeling to our place.It was also great to know that Mark himself was always available during the entire process when questions arose.Thank you Mark for your wisdom, guidance and support.You are a true gentleman and a fantastic builder!
