Recently hired Down South Chef Hire to create a three-course dinner to celebrate a big birthday. Each course was absolutely incredible! High quality produce, prepared perfectly, and plated beautifully. Brett and his team were lovely to engage with, professional and provided a top-class service. Brett and his team were absolutely amazing, the day of the event was so relaxed and easy. They fit right into our wedding dinner party seamlessly. His communication prior to the event, the day of and after was spectacular. Both him and his teams professionalism were unmatched, but the food was the real show stopper. My partner and I love to do trust the chef degustation's and really wanted an amazing meal for our wedding night after we eloped. This was easily my favourite meal I have ever eaten. The flavours, the presentation, the portion size was perfect. Our entire party each had a hard time picking a favourite dish as every single one was delicious. We also loved how everything was home made and fresh from their garden. I can not recommend them enough, if you are up in the air for any reason, pull the trigger and book Brett for your event, I promise you will not be disappointed.
