Worst company to deal with. Always getting orders and delivery dates wrong. Charging on products that were not delivered. Most frustrating staff to deal with when following up with issues caused by them. Staff frequently providing fake assurance that problem will be rectified but nothing happens. Do not recommend for any business requiring a reliable supplier who is able to keep to their word and not place false charges on orders. Not the least bit apologetic for the constant (weekly) stuff ups. Proceed with caution and always check invoice and correlate to debit charges placed by them to avoid them placing charges you are unaware of. Disgraceful, disappointing and unprofessional.

Absolute a joke this place , have given them so many chances. It’s time to get rid of them , never have the product , when you call them they will take the order after checking if they have all the products in stock they say yes and never actually deliver. Worst company I have dealt with in my career !

I had an issue with an emulsifier and a bag of flour. Instead of telling me though luck, they worked with me and sourced THE perfect ingredients.
