Very Nice display homes and good quality workmanship

Met with Archie today, looking at another option for a house design, given we already have a block of land to build on. Archie had already done some pre-work on what pricing options were available when I got there.Archie was able to site the new design on the block and check the new option against Developer and Council caveats/constraints; identifying where there would be issues with the set backs (side and front) and other possible issues. I am in the process of discussing with the Developer and Council.Additionally, Archie was able to advise on some proposed variations to the design (moves, additions, etc) in terms of what would be do-able and what wouldn't.With Archie's excellent expertise and thorough knowledge available, we were able to authoritatively identify possible options that would work and issues to be addressed (by me) prior to going onto a more detailed design.An excellent, focussed use of my time; and Archie is definitely the 'go to guy' at Rochedale to sort out what is achieveable, what additional information is required and how to move a project forward.
