Never been there before, till I was riding back from Sydney to Brisbane, somehow lost a screw from my visor, stopped in and the guys were so helpful. They found me a replacement screw somewhere out the back, made sure it fit, installed it for me & sent me back on my way. No charge.. These guys are true champions. I will definitely return to the store next time I'm going past and now that I know I can buy online from these blokes, I'll also be doing just that. Thanks fellas, keep up the great service, I owe ya one !

Bought a 125 there for my young fella. We got great service and a great deal. They really know they're stuff and always very happy to help or answer and questions. They are so easy to find right on the highway and easy access for loading trailers etc. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Supplied wrong part, returned, then refused refund because I disputed via eBay, and PayPal. Instead of doing the right thing, kept my money. Poor form, 2nd rate parts. Avoid using them!

Caveat Emptor - Buyer Beware - bought a 'new' trailer from this mob without seeing, build plate said 18 months old, discoloured patches from rain and leaf litter, had to go to NCAT to resolve. Don't buy blind and trust them, check everything carefully & twice, expect a fight if not happy - they don't understand the concepts of customer service or compliance with Australian consumer law!
