Got ash ombre done from the store and the service was amazing!! They were so patient with my hair tangles and handled the tangles so gently. The colour also came out so perfecttt!! I would highly recommend service from here. I am definitely coming backk..

Generally very competent hair stylists, don't go during peak times as there is usually a long wait. A little pricey but definitely no reason for them not to charge the price given how popular they are.

I would not recommend it! very unprofessional staff (Leyo). He could not understand the instructions on the haircut! I had to make arrangements to rectify the very poor job he did! I highly advise you not to have his service here. I had a pretty bad experience with him; I went to have my hair colored, and he didn't wash my hair, and still, my hair looks grey on the sides. I asked him why it was like that, and he told me To be fair, he didn't fix it, and it still didn’t look exactly like what I wanted. More importantly, my hair is now damaged at the ends. No apology, but he was so rude to me; I've never seen this kind of service with a customer, and he told me to pay more (110 dollars) without seeing it on screen. I asked him why I should need to pay more, and he said to pay for this bad behavior, and then I asked him to give me an invoice for it. It cost me 98.00 dollars, which I paid after asking for an invoice; then he started arguing and talking to other staff with his own language, and his behaviour was so rude and unprofessional, and he doesn't have the professional skills to know how to talk with customers.

Omg the service was so terrible. I wanted to get slight layers and blow dry and they charged me $80 for that! Also they cut my hair way shorter than what I wanted, and its so uneven. The hair is longer on one side, some of the hairs aren’t even cut properly so they’re longer than the rest of my hair. I had to cut some hair myself when I got home because it was so bad. Yes the staff was friendly, but they kept commenting rude things about my hair the whole time. Would not recommend at all, save ur money.

Very professional and great value for money. Dennis did a great job with my haircut (lob). He suggested styles that'd suit me and took my suggestions too. The other hairdressers also seemed to be good.Hair zone's men's and children's cuts also seem perfect. I'd definitely visit again.

This was my first time getting this haircut with the style. I loved it! The stylist cut my hair with patience. However the picture I showed him to style was no way near how he eventually style my hair. But I liked this style too.

I have been going to this salon for years for men's haircut. Every time I get a haircut with Dennis or Hai the quality is perfect. They listen to my requests and give advice on how to style. I always walk out with a perfect skin fade.

Nice and good hairdressers....always I got amazing hair cut. Little costly but worth it.
