Incompetent lawyer I haven’t seen my son in 3 years that’s the only result I received from using Rick. Assured me many of times he was going to do this & do that & we will do this don’t worry.To do absolutely nothing at all but talk absolute rubbish. Then he just serves you a cease to act notice & wont talk to you or take your calls.As for his receptionist/ PA girl Jess rude is an understatement.Would not recommend.

Legal Aid Grant provided feb 2018, to date not family law court work has been done, no subpoenas, not one piece of paperwork filed on representations, and will call last minute to advise day before court or day of court solicitor non available. x2 non court attendances with no qualified replacement, refuses to lodge appeal documents after failure or negotiate/represent DV victim sole parental rights, lovely man and staff highly do not recommmend, as contempt of court and against the barr. wilk seek to have credit points removed and file contemt proceedings myself.attorney general complaint notified, will not recommend to any family or friends, and private clients definately would recommend elsewhere, such as Foulsham and Geddes, Lamrocks, Gerrad Mallouf or Slater and Gordon.

Top notch solicitor and highly respected in the courts from my observation. It seems the building he was in is being demolished and I can't find him. Ric, if you can read this, make yourself contactable, pleeeeease!!!
