If you’re forced into this service for severe mental health concerns, don’t go. Seriously, I have never been so stunned and upset by a service in my life. Spent a week stringing me along while I fell deeper into a psychosis only to find out they were wrong from the start and couldn’t do what they promised. Swore multiple times that they’d call me only to leave me anxiously waiting all day and never ringing at all. Multiple times when I called I was told my name wasn’t on file despite being there physically multiple times in the past. Absolutely abysmal that this is the only way to access some services.

Psych nurse Angie is worth her weight in Gold. She’s a treasure.

Takes too long to review or listen to patients..Forcefully give wrong medication and then deny reveiws if needed.. So much handballs going on with me at this stage...Try to find private Psychiatrist if you can..
