Ann's Nails

Went this morning to get my acrylics removed and shellac put on. The lady who tended to me sat me down, grab the nail clippers and cut straight into my real mail after I had asked to keep the length. She then grabbed an unused acrylic tip and went between my real nail and acrylic and removed it. No soaking, no filing, nothing. I may as well have ripped them off myself. After she had done it to two fingers and I asked for a nicer way (I’ve never seen anyone remove acrylics like this before) she then said in a loud tone “soft soak is going to take 30minutes!” I couldn’t believe the attitude I got from this lady. By this point, another lady had stepped in with a metal file and shaved it done until my nail beds were red raw! To the point where I can’t even tie my hair up, scratch my arm or even pull my pants up without being in pain. I have NEVER experienced anything like this and would highly recommend not going here.

Will never return here. Rude service. Staff made you feel like you were doing something wrong, found myself apologising. Waited a long time. All that to have my nails last one day before chipping! I expect at $50 an SNS set would last longer than that. Would like to think you could go back and have it fixed up, however do not wish to subject myself to the staffs response.

This place doesn’t even deserve a one star. I understand the language barrier but doesn’t mean you talk in foreign language and laugh at the client. As well as when I showed them the color they were like either you do this or not when they started. They should have mentioned it before when I showed them the reference of how I want my nails to be like. They ask for me to pay cash which is illegal for any business to ask. They said they were ok when I came at 4:30 to do my nails when their closing time was 5pm. But they’re rushing me saying we cannot chose the color we cannot do your nails as you said? Professionalism guys. I will never return to this filthy shop again. If you guys didn’t understand my point translate it so that hopefully you can make some improvements.

Will never return here again. Cut nails unevenly. Didn’t paint all nails whole. Didn’t exfoliate my feet or put the scrub on my feet. Didn’t use callous remover. Nail tech didn’t engage with me. Kept complaining why me then speaking foreign language. Started mopping and got filthy mop water on my thongs. Avoid this place.

Have been coming here pretty much since they opened and with changes over time can be a bit hit or miss re service and quality but today went over the never to return again line after being told they don’t do French tip in Normal polish - which I have been getting here for over 5 years, then being cut by the technician and having to file my own nail because he couldn’t see a tag, and final insult to be pushed out of the chair for another customer, because my nails were going to take too long to dry, & then they didn’t sit anyone in that seat, probably a culmination of consistent poor service, especially for a local and regular customer, just demonstrates a lack of value for the customer - I won’t be back

I have been going here regularly for 2 years and until this year always had a good experience. However after 3 bad pedicures in a row I won’t be back. There seem to be new staff, and after both recent visits I’ve walked out with blotchy colour. The staff no longer offer to cut my nails, they are just unevenly filed and the cuticles aren’t tidied. The worst part is the shellac has run into the nail bed and over the skin of my toes, it’s very messy even from a distance. Same for the last visits. Very disappointing as until recently I went here exclusively.

Gorgeous French Nails!!! Was disappointed that the card machine wasn’t working - and AFTER my appointment I was told I could only pay cash or direct transfer! Make sure you carry a real card and also have to option of transferring (with a phone) other wise not to sure what would happen.

Booked an appointment but had to wait 40min as they put walk ins before me. Showed them a photo of what I had there last time (they had selected the perfect colour when I told them I wanted a French manicure). The guy was so rude & told me I had to pick a colour as he had no idea what it was. The nail polish was old, thick & gluggy and ended up lumpy. Looks horrible. When I told him I wasn’t happy & also questioned why I had to wait so long he told me it’s the same as going to the doctors! No apology & walked out disappointed with the results. Won’t ever go back

What a great experience!! Were able to accommodate 5 of us ,my 3 sisters and 82 year old mother who is on oxygen 24/7.Best mothers day present,girls doing nails put a smile on all there faces.Would recommend Ann's nails for all your hand and feet necessities.
