The Story Centre - Story Martial Arts

My 7 year old started at Story at the start of this year. She is very nervous on new setting with new people and the Story staff have continued to go above and beyond to ensure she is comfortable and is able to fully participate in classes. The classes are fun and develop skills and confidence.The centre is great and has a family friendly feel.They did an amazing job keeping connected during covid with the move online, allowing the kids to keep up with their development.Highly recommend Story Martial Arts.

Great family atmosphere, and staff are very supportive and encouraging. My 10 & 13yr love participating in the Taekwondo classes & love the sparring, they have even competed in a few competitions & trained with Olympic athletes!

Training aside, the membership structure is a disgrace.Your charged automatically after trail without consent (apparently its in the fine print on trail sign up).. story centre make it difficult to pause membership for personal reasons (I was told 'they don't do that'.. and when asked why was i charged over Christmas and New Years break (no classes) they replied (in person) with that's how our membership works.. when tried to contact management about any of this (email) no reply, I was ignored. I had to bring up in person.. ( and I was notified they DID RECIEVE my email)Becareful before agreeing to anything with this business.Also, since I must log on to website and book every session every week, this business could do with an app.I am currently still a member and will keep you guys updated.

Great place to get some exercise and learn new skills! I got my foot injured and the story team helped me get better. I highly recommend this place to anyone wishing to get fit and learn some new skills.

Was charged for a class as soon as I signed up. Seems like a hidden fee. No email response in weeks after multiple follow ups. Not a great way to run a business. I have written confirmation that my friends and I wouldn't be charged until I complete my first class. My friends were refunded, I was not.

Joining Story Martial Arts is one of the best decisions I have ever made. The level of knowledge, support and encouragement that comes along with the club is outstanding. I constantly look forward to my classes and the vibe at the club is truly top notch. I am so thankful for the constant motivation and guidance that Master Adam and Coach Meg bring forth. It makes a world of difference for those that struggle to stay motivated and live a healthy lifestyle. Could not recommend this club enough!

Myself and my husband come here for the fitness classes. Adam and his team and so friendly and welcoming. All trainers are very encouraging to all in each class. They have a great mix of cardio/interval/weight training classes that you can book into easily on their app. Great new gym with new equipment and comfortable set up. Would 100% recommend to others.

We wanted to find an after school activity for our 7 year old and 3 years later he still is committed and thriving with Master Adam and the team at The Story Centre. It is a well organised and friendly environment and we look forward to taking part in all things the club offers. Highly recommend!

Awesome place. Getting back to exercising after years of sitting on the couch is intimidating, but everyone here has been so supportive and has made the transition so easy and enjoyable

My daughter started her Tae Kwon Do sessions with Adam and the team just as she turned 4 and she has loved it. She has not only grown in her endurance, confidence and strength but also listening, taking instructions and patience. Story Centre is a great place for all kids to build those foundational skills.
