I was not happy with the move. I thought it was going to be a great experience with all the 5 star ratings but unfortunately the guys sent were slow and inefficient. It was a simple move with only a few furnitures but the move took 4 hours to complete. Both locations had lifts and parking, and was a 4min drive down the road to storage. The guys also scratched my artwork on the wall while moving! The original eta was 2-3pm but the guys came at 12:30pm so I had to rush home. I reached out to them but never got a feedback. The experience was disappointing.

Matt and his team were excellent with our move last year, and we have recently booked them in again now to move back into our home (which prompted me to leave this review)Great value for money, very professional, no damage and overall just a great team!

Matt and the team if removalists were superb. They were responsive , careful and cheerful and no ask was too big. We are using them a second time within 2 weeks so I highly recommend them. Special shout out to Steve who coordinated our move superbly. Thks so much team!!
