The Keratin treatment used at head Spa is fantastic!! it's super natural and leaves your hair so smooth and silky. The after care products are also amazing and really help maintain the results. Highly recommend!

This was the worst experience i have ever had, please do not spend your money here.I arrived to my appointment 15 minutes early, i was not able to get hold of anyone from the contacts provided and the hairdresser arrived 15 minutes late with no communication.My keratin treatment was done by an apprentice hairdresser who did not speak english and didn't have anyone to help or guide her through the treatment. This hairdresser arrived from brazil 2 months ago and is definitely not qualified.My consultation was of 2 sentences name" and "come to sink".The hairdresser didn't wash or blow dry my hair correctly and left the treatment in for 40 minutes when it needs to be on for at least an hour and when she washed it out she didn't wash the product fully out of my hair.Half way through blow drying my hair she stopped and started to wash another clients hair

I did a keratin treatment with Maria and have had one keratin treatment before that lasted for a good while (5-6 months) before I needed another one - I cannot recommend this service enough! My hair turns super shiny and smooth from the keratin treatment and it doesn’t damage the hair like other keratin treatments can. Highly recommend!!
