Thought this place would be great based on other reviews but unfortunately we were left underwhelmed. Coffee was nice but lukewarm, service was sloppy and seemed chaotic despite not being overly busy. Table cloths were well overdue for a change and no music left the atmosphere lacking. The food was ok, I’ve had far better croissants elsewhere in town. I had a breakfast croissant and the fillings were just warm, the hash brown and base of the croissant were soggy so it just didn’t seem fresh. I hope they can improve and bring this place to its full potential.

My favourite place in Ballarat to grab a coffee and sweet treat.Super friendly and kind staff with brilliant customer service every visit. Naomi has turned this place in to something really special!The Almond Croissants are to die for!!!

We attend this cafe daily for our morning coffee run and order through the SkipApp. For the past few weeks, I have had issues with my coffee being cold, even when requesting it to be extra hot. Yesterday I ordered a large mocha, paid $6.61 and the attached photo is how full" it came. It was significantly short from reaching the top of the cup and was cold. It seemed like I received one that had been sitting there unclaimed for sometime and so they decided to give me that one instead of making a fresh one. I emailed the cafe and still have not received a response. I will not be returning.UPDATEI had again reached out to the owner via their correct email address and a refund and yoyos were provided. I ordered another coffee and it was perfect. Thank you for rectifying the situation."

On a chilly Ballarat Autumn day, I retreated to this cosy cafe for lunch with my two little ones. Not somewhere I would typically choose to dine with children but the lovely lady who served us really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, from making cheese sandwiches for the children to offering to make their hot chocolates lukewarm and bringing extra cold milk to the table. My chicken baguette was delicious and the almond croissant I purchased to take home for a treat later was even better! We will definitely be back as customer service is amazing and the great food is a bonus. Thank you for such a positive dining experience!

It is actually quite a win for me having such nice coffee next door to work, I am hesitant to recommend the fruit flans, as it may create a run on them and leave none for me, the staff are incredibly friendly and remember your order, the variety of pastries available and the menu is always evolving.

Delicious cakes and coffee. High chair and babycino for our little one. What stood out the most though was the exceptional service from Kerry - will be coming back every time we visit Ballarat.

Had breakfast with wife. Food was to our liking along with Hot Chocolate and Flat white. We recommend as all was well priced and tasty. Coffee had the right hit.

What is not to love about this place. Beautiful food, amazing coffee and they do not charge extra for different milks but the best part are the wonderful staff. The new owner has done an awesome job
