I took my Breville coffee machine into the good guys 6 weeks ago for repairs. They sent it to Bravo.It took 2 weeks for the machine to get there, Bravo says they fixed it within 2 days, and it has now apparently been sitting in their warehouse awaiting a courier to return it for 4 weeks.Ridiculous turnaround times.

I did have in my Delonghi coffee machine for service and repair. Very happy with the service and the coffee has again excellent taste. Would recommend anyone that has problems with it not to hesitate and use Bravo's serice. Its professional, uses genuine parts and got my machine in time 4 Christmas time. I shall come back to you ONLY you if I need machine service again. Thank you! Merry Christmas guys! Keep the good work!

Bravo repaired our coffee machine which was short circuiting and leaking water. After making an enquiry via the website, we received a text and job number with drop off instructions. A few days later, our coffee machine is good as new, with a three month/1,000 cups warranty on repairs. Excellent customer service, communication and value for money. If your coffee machine needs a service, this is the place to go.

Bravo Repair Centre repaired my Nespresso Citiz coffee machine within 24 hours of me dropping it off with a Nespresso job number. The reception service was efficient, detailed and friendly. Following an SMS notification the next day I collected a clean machine in working order. The whole experience with Bravo was a pleasure and perfectly satisfying.

I've had a fantastic experience at Bravo Repairs St Peters. My DeLonghi La Specialista coffee machine was having some problems after only 18 months. I took it to Bravo Repairs and thankfully it was still under warranty. My machine now works better than ever and I couldn't be happier. I was originally quoted a very reasonable price to fix it but turned out I didn't have to pay anything. Thank you!

Our Breville Coffee Machine was repaired and returned within 2 weeks of dropping it off.The machine is working as good as it did when it was brand new. Communication and price were very transparent and the whole team were very easy to deal with.Bravo arranged the machine to be couriered back to our home address which was a real win.

Had an issue with my 5 year old Sunbeam Torino. Initially, I had an issue with communication. I was a bit apprehensive paying 300 for a fix an service. Boy was I surprised, the machine looks like it did the day I bought it. Polished and cleaned throughout and looks amazing. Well done, I'd highly recommend the service. Best off using the driveway next to St Peters Mc Donald's. Excellent service
