We are more than thrilled with the end result of our 6 month renovation, every room of the house was touched and an extension added, Russ's calm and measured approach along with his care for the project is something that we hugely appreciated, whilst a renovation is stressful at times, the overall process for us was enjoyable, his team were amazing and some of the hardest workers I've come across - even our neighbours commented on how hardworking and pleasant the team were to have around! Thank you to Rohan for introducing us to Russell and his team.From the start to finish, everyone in this team have been professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable.Our renovation was a tricky one due to COVID restrictions, but Russell soldiered through the multiple challenges and delivered the project on time and on budget.We are really happy with High Level Renovations and would love to recommend them for extensions and renovations without any hesitation.

We used the services of Russell and his team around two years ago to renovate our house, the work was carried out to a high standard with any minor issues that materialized after project completion rectified promptly. The reason for this poor follow up review is due to the electrical work, we never received any electrical safety certification despite bringing this to Russell's attention. A recent visit from the electrical safety inspector for a completely unrelated project, highlighted issues with the work conducted by the electrician employed by HLR. The inspector pointed out that it is a legal requirement for the work to be signed off and a certificate to be issued. Russell no longer replies to voicemails or emails.

Russell and his team at High Level Group did an amazing job on my bathroom and laundry renovation. Russell is professional and easy to communicate with. His thorough planning and attention to detail meant everything I wanted could be incorporated into the space and the end result exceeded my expectations. When a minor adjustment was needed two years later Russell happily rectified it immediately. I highly recommend High Level Group.
