The boss lady is so rude. Went to the shop to regrowth as they didn’t do the job right at first time. Then The girl drop the chemical on my dress. I just kindly reminded her and said it is ok but just pls be careful with your customer next time. Then!!!! Drama is coming. The boss lady came to me said “sorry you are not welcomed in this store and I need you leave right now or i gonna call the security ”and she even refused to refund me the regrowth money.It is first time in my life be treated like this. What a rude service and ridiculous attitude.I would give it zero star if I can!!!!————————————————————————-reply : you are just a lier. I have been kind to you and your staff. You didn’t do a good job at the first time. I came back ask to be fixed and still willing to pay extra to fix your job. Anyway, base on your attitude to all of your customers and the way your treat me. You are just a racist

It’s always a pleasure to have my hair cut at Hair Art Hope Island. Carla is very professional and with the help of lovely Grace they make my visit a real pleasure. Coffee from The Little Spoon Cafe next door makes for a great morning.

I recently moved up from Sydney and found Hair Art by chance while walking my dog. After reading the positive reviews I booked in for a long overdue half head of foils and trim. The salon is beautiful and Carla was so friendly and made me feel very welcome and relaxed immediately. I even met a new neighbour who was also having her hair done. Carla was very professional and knowledgeable and I was very happy with the final result. The added bonus is it's only a 6 minute walk from home! Highly recommended.

Having relocated to Hope Island in March 2020 from Darwin Northern Territory, I found this salon on Google and I knew it was meant to be especially after reading all the amazing reviews as I used to have my hair done in Darwin at a salon called Hair Art.I am so glad I did. Carla and Grace at Hair Art Hope Island are simply fabulous. They provide a professional and friendly service in a very inviting and relaxing atmosphere.They go above and beyond your expectations and their expertise in blonde foiling is outstanding.I just love coming here and feel so good about myself when I leave.They also take the time to go through the array of options available pending on your wants.In short, Carla and Grace provide an exemplary service in a relaxing family like environmentYou won't find better than Hair Art anywhere on the Gold Coast.Thank you for being awesome

Carla is a fantastic hairdresser, she is extensively talented in colour.I have been to many hairdressers and none can blow dry my hair to perfection like Carla. She is extremely knowledgeable with cutting and colouring hair with years of experience. I highly recommend Carla for all your hairdressing needs.

I had a treatment cut and colour, my hair has never look so chic, I just love it!!They are knowledgeable, professional, the energy in there is amazing and the salon is beautiful, Carla has done great!!!
