Matt at M & E Crane Hire, Bracken Ridge, North Brisbane just pulled off a miracle for my 70 year old mum...her lounge was delivered to her 2nd floor apartment and could not get into the building...Matt and his son were at my Mum's place in under 30 mins...got the lounge into the apartment and then...above and beyond the call of duty..they unpacked it for her ...and put the legs onAMAZING service...friendly, efficient, prompt and fair priceTHANK YOU SO MUCH ..Melaini

Terrible Customer /service and Rude operator. Phoned for a quote showed up at the house as my partner was working from home. Partner on the phone for roughly 10 minutes couldn't wait and left the address. Phoned their office a couple days later to find out if they will be quoting. Spoke with a guy called Matt who was rude and used profanity explaining he hasn't got time to wait too busy.
