I have known Rasmus since 2010 when he offered me a free sales appraisal to my house, since then he rang from time to time to give me updates on market conditions. I recently sold my house in Teague Street Victoria Park and used the services of Rasmus Nielsen from Mavin Real Estate. I had previously used Rasmus to sell an investment property in Mar/Apr 2014 and contacted him again when I was ready to sell my property in Teague Street due to the fact that I was moving overseas to Japan. As always I found Rasmus to be honest, reliable and always keeping me informed during the whole process from home opens to the final stage when the property went under offer and eventually settled. This time I encountered a few issues with the building inspection report whereby a few items needed rectifying and Rasmus helped me through this by recommending a builder to fix the issues and all was sorted with the minimum of fuss. Rasmus is highly professional and effective.He did an excellent job in selling our property within 2 days of the first home open and for the price we wanted.It was the 2nd unit within the complex that we sold in the space of a few months, and even though it was of lesser quality than the first, Rasmus sold it for a higher price in a tougher market.We were very happy with him for the price he attained, for his excellent communication and for his courteousness.We would gladly recommend him to anyone thinking of selling their home.
