Thank you Bob for always being so responsive, available and reliable - everything a builder SHOULD be but just soo rare these days. We really appreciated Bob working with us. Despite a few challenges, Bob always made sure we were well looked after and was quick to sort out everything. We also had our renovations happen over Christmas, so with Bob's coordination, we managed to get our new kitchen, bathrooms and floors done in weeks!! A true gem.

Bob at Lumous is a very knowledgeable and accommodating builder. He was always available to answer any questions, research options and reply to all our concerns promptly giving us clear explanations of our options, providing detailed quotes. He is very polite and professional to work with. He worked with our design, preparing itemized quotes. He is so helpful and experienced in the industry. Our recent renovations were undertaken by Lumous Projects and we are absolutely stoked at the result! Bob was wonderful to work with from start to finish.
