There ok, but leave things for the last minute. Also you hardly ever receive a call from them and have to keep chasing them.

Very little effort considering the sensitivity of my late Mothers Estate. I was told that the solicitor who was handling the matter or assistant would call the following day at the latest Tuesday, being that my enquiry was made on a Friday. No call received. Instead, an email containing some information but no information or opportunity to speak with the solicitor involved as they ended the email with the matter finalised. They may well have completed the estate matter's, but as a beneficiary and a daughter who has questions, I am unsatisfied with the response and lack of sensitivity shown and I am left with unanswered questions.

Rang this company and the receptionist was very welcoming and answered all my questions and queries with some sound advice.
