I'm very happy I went ahead and purchased through QTank. The entire process was smooth and the delivery service was as good as it can get. I won't hesitate to recommend Qtank and use them again in the near future for another two or so tanks.

Love my HUGE new grey tank. And thank you QTanks - from the first person who answered the phone when I didn't know what I was asking for right through to the final delivery, you guys are real pros! OMG, i should of called Qtank first !!All i wanted was the biggest volume slimline poly tank possible for my location and searched the web finding a few in other states initially and after contacting two of these companies i was not impressed at the lack of service and professionalism at all. It was obvious they didnt want my business at all. So 5 more minutes on the web I found Qtanks and the courtesy I received right from my initial phone call was the best retail experience I've had as a consumer in years. Then the follow up texts and phone calls about my purchase while being made was excellent and then they top their service again with the delivery process which was easy as with Simon helping with fit up and didn't leave until I was happy as, thanks again mate. Fantastic tank company took about 3 weeks from ordering to delivery. Delivery driver was a nice bloke who knew his truck well and what it could do in the space and access we had. Tank came with all that we needed to hook up. Sale staff was easy to deal with and honest. Very happy

I got my tank from Q tank. Barney was awesome great customer service worked with me to get it delivered as I work long hours. Delivery driver rang just to make sure I wanted in the place I said. I was so impressed with them I will be ordering the other tanks that I will be needing threw them. Thank you guys love your work

From enquiry to delivery, QTank has been very helpful with us eventually receiving our tank! Communication was prompt, tank, pump and fittings were made in the time frame promised and delivery was scheduled and came on time as well! Tank quality and everything else that came with it was exceptional. Graeme our expert trailer driver and delivery strong man was so kind to load our tank onto our ute, plus he took the time to explain the details so that we can install the tank ourselves easily. Plus Zack at the QTank office also located a mini version of our tank for me! It’s the little things that matter. Andrew provided excellent customer service throughout the ordering process. QTank offers the included service of getting your tank from the delivery truck to your pad. Communication was outstanding. Simon, our delivery driver expertly managed my team of volunteer neighbours to roll the tank up the hill, to drop onto the pad. Within 24 hours of Simon’s delivery, I have the tank levelled and connected to our house and pump. It looks fantastic behind the hedge at the bottom of our garden. We couldn’t be happier.
