I came in for a full head of foils, I was seated quickly and Lexi had my hair all sorted way quicker than what I expected. She was great to have a conversation with and I’m very happy with the out come of my hair, I’ll definitely be back

Went in just to get a trim and even though I had washed my hair, I was told it would have to be washed in salon as it's store policy".... umm

I got to the salon early so that’s on me , I waited to my appointment time which was 30 mins . Got seated and was made to feel bad about the state my hair was in . Then the salon tried to sell me over a $100 in products to fix my hair and keep it healthy. So now I feel aweful about my hair and being there then the colour goes on my hair been in the chair an hour . I definitely wasn’t keen on the colour before it went on but was trying to be optimistic even though I am already feeling so bad about my hair after been told what a bad state it was in .So an hour goes by I asked three times to have the hair washed out been here 2 hours now had not had it trimmed styled and I took a look at the colour and I absolutely hated it couldn’t look in the mirror. I got the girl to wash the colour out towel dry it so I could get out there I tied it in a scrunchie still damp . I felt so aweful was made to feel so bad about my hair then given a colour I hate. I just want to leave was charged $85 for a colour left with damp hair put in my scrunchie . Now I have to find a hairdresser to fix the colour and actually get my hair cut in a style . The girls are very short staffed and did apologise for being short staffed. Got home and my family then tell me how aweful my hair looked.So now I have to pay someone to fix it and cut it and style it .Got there 11.30 for a 12.15 appt left at 2.30 devastated feeling so bad about my self to get home and have everyone tell me how aweful I look .Going to the hairdresser should be an experience no one should leave feeling as bad as I did about my self. And leave hating your hair more then when you arrive.

Friendly atmosphere great staff always pleasant and really professional stylists.

Hair stylist was excellent, pleasent, easy to talk with and explained what I would like done with my hair, felt confident and left it up to her.Did an excellent job, very happy.

All the girls are great. I always walk out looking alot better than when I went in. Highly recommend

I showed several photos of grunge wolf-cut hairstyles beforehand and established how long I wanted it (nearly at my shoulders) and the lady doing my hair had wet it beforehand even though my hair is curly, it's barely even mid neck length and the style is nothing like what I requested plus; my sister is a professional hairstyling and has now told me that wetting hair is bad and that it doesn't even have good cuts, the layers are also a bit weird and don't really look good.

i went in for a root bleach as i thought a professional should do it rather than being done at home and possibly burning my hair off, turns out i should’ve done that instead.the hairdresser insisted i have a bleach bath (all i wanted was the roots fixed) because my “hair was such an uneven colour” (i personally liked it but was made to feel bad about the colour of my hair by this “professional”)3.5 hours in the basin and my hair was a worse colour and in worse condition than when i walked in— it was green.the girl who washed my hair was having a bad day, the best part of a visit to the salon is the head massage when you get your hair washed. i still had bleach all over the back of my neck and ears. there was so pressure at all, i asked her if she could make the water a bit cooler cos i’d just had bleach on my scalp and it was too hot and the response i got was “the water doesn’t change temperature sorry”maybe that’s something you should get looked at as not everyone enjoys hot water on their scalp especially after a bleach bath that was “recommended”(completely unnecessary, the hairdresser just wanted more money out of me)as the hairdresser was drying my hair she was rushing it and pulling out a lot of my hair and the manager looked at that and laughed and said “looks like your heads about to pop off!” - unprofessional. you could see i was uncomfortable as i was holding onto the chair, and the manager is laughing at memy hair felt like straw even after using the protein infusing haircare that is way way overpriced. i felt that i was being judged when i walked in and i was very unhappy with the result of my hair when i walked out. this was at Christmas time and i will not be returning. awful staff who have no idea what they’re doing, the manager is more concerned about their friends and family and giving them discounts and over charging everyone else.i went back to return the unused shampoo and conditioner as i could not afford that and the manager told me “we don’t do refunds for products” how ridiculouscustomer service will get you far in this industry.
