A great place to host an event. Wonderful service and the newly refurbished restaurant is very modern and clean with a great vibe. Highly recommend the DBar!

Had a delicious English Breakfast and the Mrs had eggs Benny. Both where cooked to perfection. Fast service at the dbar restaurant. Thoroughly recommended.

Fabulous Food & Service - We recently held our staff Christmas party at the D Bar & Restaurant and the consensus from our team was it was the best party we've had to date. Everything from the planning process, to the menu, venue and wait staff service was 5 star service. We were fortunate to have the venue to ourselves, and the smorgasbord buffet put on by the Chef was second to none. Everything from the fresh salads, mouth watering roast turkey, dessert buffet and the even the espresso martinis were so delicious! A big thank you to our wonderful event manager Samantha Lelekis who was an absolute pleasure to deal with and ensured every detail was executed to perfection. I highly recommend this venue & team.

Coffee was cold, meals for 3 arrived separately and the vego chefs bebedict had ham on it. Big breakfast had cold baked beans and butter only in the center of the under cooked toast. Mushrooms like rubber. The disabled toilet was blocked up with unspeakable mess. Service was very amateur. The advertised special $10 breakfast was very misleading. All round very poor experience and as a local not likely to visit again or recommend to visitors.

Came for lunch, all meals were $18. We had the beef salad and the fish & chips. Very delicious and no wait time. The place could do with a bit more decorating but don’t let the look put you off. Good value for money!

If I could give a 6 out of 5 star review for the food I would!! Absolutely amazing prawn pasta, possibly the best I have had! Well priced, fast and constant. We stayed in the hotel with a group of 15. Everyone loved every meal, now that never happens!!!

I was impressed with the little gem, considering darwin, I wanted to explore and whalla! This was a great place for those ‘corporate lunches’.The reason being is that the actually product is $15.00 which includes a free drink. Free drinks include any type of soft drink or juice. Considering it was a lemon lime bitters I was quite surprised that I did not get charged. Also a notices of excellence of my OCD that a Coaster was duly applied once served-you have my thanks.Overall the services of the gentleman attending was pleasant and professional. No references to the ‘bogan standard’ were applied i.e what would you like mate? Cheers mate etc… more of “what would you like today sir? And what drink would you like sir?, thankyou for your order sir “I was of course directed to my seat, even so with my seat pulled out so that I could sit down.Where your placed is of course is personal preference, however the best views are acquiring a window seat in the centre or to the far left (as the pool is next door-bird watching is optional  ). The meal was served within 5-10 minutes (which was rather quick!). In this case there are at least 4 main meal types to choose from the lunch menu, they are; Tempura Battered fish and chips, Green spicy curry, Chicken fried rice and the steak sandwich. It may not be much, however the value for money is truly applied. The meal itself was cooked fresh, and the exquisite taste of the lightly battered fish was superb. Not many times that I use that word, however on this occasion I was blasted with the zing yet crunchy taste of the salad (which didn’t overload with capsicum-chopped up finely) and the crisp nature of the chips. It was from this that it was served on a large rounded dinner plate. I could not believe this when I saw how large the plate was, and notable astounded at the serving of the Fish. Rather than 2 small fish (as is the case in other restaurants) I was served 3 pieces roughly about the size of the palm of your hand. You would find the fish crisp, fresh, and texture pleasant to eat.Overall a fantastic place in terms of value for money and professional service. Go there and have a shot at ordering and see what you think.

Ordered the Mongolian lamb with vegetables. Little lamb, no vegetables, lots of rice. Good taste, but disappointed by lack of vegetables. Wine was delicious. Staff are efficient and friendly. Better places to eat at. But good if you have a short stay.

Just had the Brie entree. Amazing food. Followed up by the Barramundi. OMG one of the best i have tasted in the territory. Cooked exactly the way i asked. All these chefs tell u to cook so it is raw in middle. I requested cooked all way through. Perfection on a plate came my way . Staff friendly and knowledgeable . I wish I had found this place on day 1 of my business trip.
