Do yourself a favor- DON’T MOVE WITH THESE GUYS!!! Incredibly careless, dodgy, defensive and don’t take care of items being moved even when given clear instructions. Call them on their behaviour and they behave like an absolute pack of thugs- unfortunately owner is the most juvenile of the lot. Moved to help a friend out, but witnessing their service, would not recommend them under any circumstances.

I was referred to these guys by a friend who had used them for her move. I was really happy with every aspect of the service. The booking and quotation process was simple, and the guys who came to do the removal itself were professional, friendly and most of all - no breakages!I’d happily use them if I ever move again!

Truly professionals and made our large 4 bed house move look easy. More than happy to place heavy pots, lounges and shelves in exact spots. Made our relocation SO MUCH less stressful and will recommend to anyone.

Used White Knight to transport furniture from old place to new. Unfortunately, some was damaged . After negotiation, it was agreed they would cover/support by-way for splitting the excess on our own insurance claim. Upon a successful claim, the company then ignored our correspondence when asking to make good on the support as agreed. Really Disappointing.

I had them removing my furniture first week of november. They damaged the landlords light shade by accident. Up to now no one has taken responsibility to replace it. Diane the owner keep saying she is 65 years old and she cant do that and her boys are too busy to go looking and fixing a shade they need to make money and Since i (the customer) am young i should do it. Upto now the matter is not settled. I kept telling them i will lose my bond but No one cares. They have never once called or emailed unless i call or email but even then no solution yet. Owner has no respect whatsoever. I have been hassled so much. All the above good reviews are there because of no damage done. But if there is a damage by them, you really get to know what kind of company and real customer service provided. Disappointed and terribly disgusted.- Shy DiasU have not allowed my comment on your response. You did nit sort the matter. You have sent a wrong shade that doesn't even match the one broken wrong size wrong product. I had to order it all the way paying double to get someone to fix it and you wouldn't accept you never fixed it. When did you fix it? Who fixed it? Give me the answers. I have all email corro for proof, you will hear from legal soon. I was going to let this go but you have lied below which is not acceptable nor professional.

We used White Knight to move from one apartment to another and did not require the use of their truck as it was literally a move from one building to the next on the same street. We were worried about how our furniture would be transported to the next building without it being wrapped and Diane assured us that it wouldn't be an issue. She was right - my furniture and mattresses were transported without issue and without the mattresses getting dirty which was my main worry. We had three movers in total who also dismantled our bedframe and reassembled it with ease. All our furniture including reassembly of bedframe took approximately two hours which was impressive as I thought it would take longer considering they had to get through three sets of glass doors before reaching the lift in the new building. I was also very appreciative that one of the movers informed us of a small tear in the washing machine hose that took place when it was removed from the laundry. After three years of being bent in a particular way, it was no surprise that the hose had a small tear. We were glad he told us instead of keeping quiet about it. If he had not told us, we would have turned the machine on and would have had a terrible mess to deal with. We will definitely use them again.

This has to be the rudest company ever. I was spoken to rudely and then hung up on because I didn't want to provide my own personal details for the company.

We have used these removalists twice for both my parents and inlaws. They were amazing!!! Really responsive with communication, professional, speedy and took care of all our furniture and boxes. I can't recommend them highly enough.

My partner and I have used White Knight several times now. They are always great at communicating beforehand so you know how much you will need to pay. They are efficient when doing the job, they don't potter around. They are polite when moving furniture and other items, always checking where you want things places and they don't drag anything on the ground. I highly recommend them.
