Worse ever service .Peakhurst only 5km away from my home but delivery hasn't arrived yet. I am waiting from last 2 weeks. I understand it could be delayed due to coivd . But for local order it should not be this late .I received order from amazone in a week or less .If you cannot allow pick ups all days in a week at least have specific time frame or day in a week for pick ups!People make order when they need .I wait if you offer free delivery but I paid $8 delivery cost as well for just 1 item !

Very poor phone etiquette. I have called a number of times and left messages. No one had the courtesy to return the call. Also sent email but no reply. Finally spoke to a guy and he was full of excuses...not helpful at all. He cut me off when I was talking.Do not deserve even 1 star rating.

Only place I purchase my vinyl from now! Service is very quick and ready for pickup within 2 working days or less.The products are excellent and vinyl very easy to weed, never had a issue.Thanks for the brilliant service....

Been using these guys for years and only ever had one small problem that was rectified quickly and postage time is amazingly fast.

Unfortunately I found the after sales service to be poor, placed a order but wanted to add to it, so as not have to pay a additional $15 shipping for a $9 add on, called at 9.00am just after placing the order, phone system said they only open at 9.30. Called at 9.30 but was told I was to late the order was in dispatch. I have decided to look for an alternative supplier as after sales service counts just as much as getting the orders out.

Great business, been dealing with them for 10 years. Good prices and customer support. Colby has always been very helpful with any issues I've had with my vinyl plotter over the years. Good quality sticker and heat press vinyl. Definitely recommend.

Avoid this place ... ive called several times and nobody answered the phone .. it might be very busy .. ive sent an email to Mr Colby (owner) no replies ... so i drove 50min to their warehouse at peakhurst and the staff is hopeless.I didnt buy anything and it was a waste of time.Customer service is terrible.

NO STARS.. mislead and overcharged for a graphic designer that wasn’t needed I was lied too and told fonts or coping my photo or link not possible had to pay $110 then in same breath said $80 this was for same day urgent service and graphic designer to design the identical.. got a call tshirt ready! What? I need to approve it was the agreement finally the actual designer not the person answering the phone called WOW no way was I paying for slip slip slap told the guy what I was paying for I told him I’ll send him link he was the graphic designer WOW within minutes got a text stating sooooo much easier and the identical was done, mind you had ti cancel interview 3 times that I needed shirt for cause of the mislead info and lack of communication with the phone person to designer I finally get shirt but where is my design tePlate that’s what I paid for even though paid a graphic designer for a design that was copy and paste lie after lie and the phone guy spoke over me accused me of everything and yet the graphic designer refused to answer my questions after I caught him to lying I have rights and they will not think it’s ok to take my money and mislead me like they did aistralia has laws and I can tell you with proof the changes ti costing and the deal also miscommunication if the ohone guy to graphic designer to stating hand done to copy paste to graphic designer removing water marks one by one lol ummmm how outdated is he if watermarks exist programs remove them instantToday is the day this business is unconsciousable took advantage of situational urgent and from Friday due git Sunday late arvoPaid urgent same day and a designer ti hand design what a lot of bullNow they won’t give me the design state I need to pay $200 what for copy last cause apoarently the phone guy said it’s a skill so I know anything about itUmmmm yeahNot as stupid as you think accc will be notified with formal complaint unconsciousable behavior as well as deceptive and misleading business ethics that I have clear proof off liars and all else which Australian consumer law will be enforced and the business will be investigatedNo talking to ThemBut they will be held accountableThese are my rights and I paid for the designOpppps copy pasteUnethical practiceI supplied the graphic outline and onky needed colour change was told graphic designer needed to do by hand paid extra it ended up paid graphic designer to copy the tshirt from online and change a colourLied to bullied and robbed my money when it was my print and was quoted higher the liar on phone chose to discount it still recieving sane serves.. he misinformed his designer and sent him in a bum steer when I recieved the horrid print I called assuming the person designing was who I spoke too but wasn’t asked for designer ti call me once I explained what I wanted took 20 mins to copy and i oh date and alter colour not my fault no need for graphic designer had do font uts CKEAR and evident it’s copied exactly as I sent itSee you in Dept fair trade I have my calls taped I don’t need to speakFunny you swore and screamed at me and all the lying why is it you have many customers stating the lying misleading costs you quite and change it at the end denying what I pay forIt’s my design and no need you keep itI paid for it and I deserve the original design that’s what I pay for and a print on tshirt please I can get a designer shirt for that costIt ain’t gold tshirt print cost $10 you people charge $40 you quoted $120 and told me what’s included then said you discount to $80 doesn’t and didn’t say anything about eliminating me having the original design which consists only of a colour change mind you lolI ain’t the first nor last STAY AWAY
