Nina Sokolov is extraordinary! She developed a strong, trusting relationship with us as potential vendors/landlords over several years and never pushed us in any way. She was always understanding, generous with her insights, and she listened. When she knew she had the right vendors, she approached us and despite us not being ready to sell, she explained what could be achieved for us, the deal was struck (entirely off market, in a matter of 3 days, and with only one brief morning of private viewings), and she achieved a suburb record for a 2 bedroom cottage sold in Avalon - and it was a mostly unrenovated cottage, right on the main road! We were astonished and delighted, not only by the result Nina achieved for us, but by Nina herself. She is a person of great integrity, intelligence, and with a thoroughly professional but engaging style. Her people skills and her knowledge of the market are amazing.
