We moved into a property and found a leak causing damage, late on a Friday night Clayton came out to fix the problem and get us out of trouble. The service was great, he took the time to explain what had happened and what work needed doing and was very open about the job. The Quality was great and we would definitely go back for any future works.

Review**Warning** Our experience with Clayton Granzien Plumbing has been very mixed. The positives were that the job was done well and as requested. However, please be mindful when receiving a quote from this company as they fail to mention that you will need a second person for the job and that you will be charged extra because of this. The quote will only reflect one person’s labour and offer no heads up about possible extra charges. When asked about this apparently we should have known as this is supposedly the case “with all other trades” (yet we have never come across this before). We were advised it was quicker for them to use two people, which is understandable, but we were never advised that this would be the case, nor did the quote allow for it. Please take this as a warning to be careful using this company if you are on a budget.

I have used Clayton Granzien plumbing for my own house renovation & the quality of work was excellent. I’ve often referred him to clients who are consistently very satisfied with the timelines & quality too. One of the EXTRAS that he’s helpful with is at Building & Pest Inspections- if the inspector has concerns around any plumbing issue- I’ve FaceTimed Clayton with the Buyer & they can talk through options & explanations. So HELPFUL. He’s a FULL SERVICE AFFORDABLE PLUMBER.

Clayton and team did an amazing job with their friendly approach and commitment to getting the job done regardless of the challenges. Nothing was too difficult. A job that could have quickly snowballed with another company was handled seamlessly. I cant recommend this team enough.

Clayton has being providing us with the best, most responsive, honest upfront high quality and value work for us over almost a decade across two houses. The input and advice on new items, fixing existing issues left over from others poor quality work and making time to talk and come when urgent issues arise has meant the world to our family. I can not recommend Clayton's Team highly enough. We had a couple of plumbing problems that need to be fixed - they were able to squeeze us in and did an amazing job. :-).

Awesome customer service, found the leak promptly needed a part picked it up and installed in no time. Kept me updated as to what he was doing and kept out landlord updated. Clayton and the team Do a good jobThey are not the cheapest around however in my opinion they do good work and if there is an emergency plumbing issue they are onto it ASAP!!Kade the plumber I use a lot on my jobs is awesome!!! There customer service is second to none. Always get onto a job quickly. Can’t be more happier!!! Have been a few jobs that have cost more than a what I thought was fair but they do a good job and always reliable. Give them a go!!

Clayton was amazing...our tap in the office kitchen failed only a few days before the Xmas shutdown, but Clayton attended the office promptly and repaired/replaced. Highly recommend!
